How My Sessions Work
Each 2-hour session includes:
New Discovery or Continuation Check In (20 minutes)
We identify the topic alive for you right now—the pattern or pain seeking resolution. We set a clear intention for the journey.
Shamanic Drumming Journey (40-50 minutes)
You lie down with an eye mask while I drum and guide you into the journey space. Through the rhythm, we access the energetic layer together. You remain fully conscious and in control—you can open your eyes or end the journey anytime.
Integration & Sharing (20-30 minutes)
We share about the journey and what emerged. This is where insight often crystallizes. Recordings of the drumming journey itself and “Afterthoughts” are made available immediatly after the session.
Your Soul Bath Practice (next day)
I send you your individualized Soul Bath audio practice based on your specific journey and afterthoughts—so you can continue your own self-empowered healing work between sessions.
You also receive a free mini online course on how the Soul Bath method works if you want to maximize your healing process.

Simon Sanud
30 years of daily meditation practice. 500+ shamanic journeys safely facilitated. Training in core shamanism (the Foundation for Shamanic Studies lineage).
I developed the Soul Bath™ and 4POWERS™ methodologies through direct experience—refining what actually works for lasting transformation, not just temporary relief.
